Our Policies on Modern Slavery

We have implemented policies and procedures to prevent modern slavery, including:

  • Supplier Code of Conduct –  Outlining our expectations for ethical business practices.

  • Whistleblowing Policy – Encouraging employees and partners to report concerns confidentially.

  • Recruitment and Employment Practices – Ensuring fair wages – in particular by being an accredited Living Wage Employer - and safe working conditions.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

To mitigate the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chain, we:-Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerable areas.Require suppliers to confirm their compliance with anti-slavery laws.Provide training to employees on recognising and addressing modern slavery risks.

Continuous Improvement

We are committed to continually reviewing and improving our processes to combat modern slavery. This includes strengthening our policies, enhancing supplier engagement, and raising awareness within our organisation.

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Indigo Integrated FM Limited and will be reviewed annually.
